Marc’s involvement in hospitality began in Washington DC while taking a break from college. After experiences in several restaurants, he realized it was his goal to, one day, own his own establishment. After finishing his degree with a concentration in small business and entrepreneurship, Marc became involved in two other establishments as owner/manager, started a landscaping business with family and spent some time earning his Realtor’s license and working in Real Estate. As a part of Red House, Marc has been able to embrace his passion for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment in which people can come to relax and enjoy outstanding food and beverages.
Dave comes to Red House as a graduate of Connecticut Culinary Institute with five years experience in the hotel-resort business working in a four-star restaurant. He started with us as a part time employee and soon worked his way into the Sous Chef position. Dave’s hard work and attention to detail makes him a valuable part of the management team here at Red House.
Jordan has been honing his craft for over 20 years, having experienced every aspect of running the front of the house from busing tables to Bartending. Having worked along the CT Shoreline for most of this time, Jordan’s wealth of knowledge makes him a great addition to Red House as our Front of the House Manager. His passion for creative cocktails and innovative food and beverage pairings helps keep our Bar offerings innovative and varied.
